Parents Chiara and Joseph Anderson, and their two boys, Jeffrey and Joseph Jr., were found dead at home Wednesday morning.
Columbus, Ohio — A home in West Beauty in Lithopolis wouldn’t stand out among the other homes, but it’s no longer.
On Wednesday, first responders discovered the bodies of 29-year-old Chiara Anderson and 30-year-old Joseph Anderson, and their children, 5-year-old Joseph Anderson Jr. and 2-year-old Jeffrey Anderson.
The Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office is investigating this case as a murder-suicide.
Sheriff Lap, Fairfield County, said Chiara and two boys appeared to have been deliberately killed, and it is clear that Joseph had committed suicide.
Now the tree in front of their house has turned into a growing monument full of children’s balloons and candles to commemorate the young boy and his parents.
