You can now get decadent hot chocolate kits delivered straight to your door with dozens of indulgent varieties on offer.

The kits are available as part of Victoria’s famous annual hot chocolate festival wit organisers offering the service to help the month-long even survive with snap lockdowns.

And the kits have proven to be very popular with 31 different options on offer to spruce up your after dinner treat.

The cronut-based hot chocolate is sure to be popular - with each cup served with a pastry for dunking

The limited-edition line-up includes flavours like ‘binge might’ which comes complete with mini marshmallow magnums to dunk and a cute bag of caramelized popcorn and a Tim Tam caramel bomb concoction.

There are also a range of adults only hot chocolates on the menu including the boozy Snicker-tini and a hot drink known as the bushwacker.

For kids the frogs in a pond hot chocolate is sure to be popular.

The comical take on the tradition cocoa brew comes with a green choc sphere hosting tiny chocolate frogs that slowly melt into a dark choc-mint infused cup of milky fun.

Other whimsical hot-choc creations include a Finding Nemo themed cup, magic bear drink, lady bug themed chocolate drink and something called minion madness, featuring the ever-popular Pixar characters and a banana-infused hot drink.

The festival is hosted by the Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery, owned by Leanne Neeland.

The hot chocolates were developed to be especially indulgent this year.

‘With lockdowns always looming, we just had to ensure there was a way for chocolate lovers everywhere to enjoy our creations at home too,’ Mrs Neeland said.

Each kit, which comes with enough ingredients to make one hot chocolate, costs $6.50 from the chocolatier’s website.

There’s also basic hot chocolate packs with six different base hot chocolate powders including caramel and ruby chocolate melts.
