‘I’d tried every fad diet before starting The 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and wanted to make a lifestyle change instead of dieting and failing,’ Stephanie told the publication.
‘Prior to losing the weight, I had been overweight the majority of my adult life.
‘I don’t really ever remember a time where I was happy with my weight or the way I looked or felt.
‘I had tried every “diet” under the sun, from cabbage soup diets to pre-packaged expensive calorie restricted meals.’
Stephanie (pictured throughout her weight loss) said she noticed changes quickly, and was still able to enjoy as many as 2,200 calories each day

After the birth of her third child, Stephanie decided to give the Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge a go.
This required the mum-of-three to follow recipes from an app filled with healthy meal choices, and move as often and as much as possible, incorporating workouts when she could.
‘I told my husband that if I didn’t see any results in the first three months that I would stop and try something else,’ Stephanie explained.
‘But my love for the Healthy Mummy was evident after only a few short weeks.
‘I was able to eat over 2,200 calories a day, breastfeeding, and within even the first 10 weeks, I had lost an astonishing 10kg and was nearly at my goal weight.’
She added: ‘I was hooked forever’.

Stephanie also enjoys the likes of vegetarian curries, Greek yoghurt with berries and chocolate chips and celery boats with potato wedges.
She meal preps meals through the week so she is never caught without something nutritious and delicious to eat through the week when hungry.
These days, Stephanie said her flat stomach is down to a mix of straight leg sit-ups, planks, scissor kicks, Russian twists and ab bikes (pictured before and after)

She works out several times a week and also enjoys long walks.
‘Do you ever think you can’t do it? Do you ever think you’re destined to be overweight forever? Do you feel like you constantly fail at dieting?’ Stephanie said.
‘The before me thought all of these things – CONSTANTLY. I never ever thought I could be the fit, slim, and healthy mummy that I am now.’
If you want to lose weight and need to get started, the mum-of-three (pictured) recommends you just ‘start immediately’ and avoid delaying
If you want to lose weight and need to get started, the mum-of-three recommends you just ‘start immediately’ and avoid delaying.
‘Start today and start by drinking more water,’ Stephanie said.
‘Or start by committing to a healthy breakfast or lunch each day.
‘You don’t have to change EVERYTHING all at the same time – that will only bring stress, anxiety and the feeling of failure when you don’t succeed immediately.’
She added: ‘Above all, remember that you don’t go from a before picture to an after picture overnight!’
