Police are investigating the ‘suspicious’ death of a young Chinese student in Sydney, who was found dead at a unit in Wolli Creek last month.
The young woman has been identified as Liqun Pan, who was aged 19 at the time of her death.
St George Police Area Command discovered her body on June 28 while attending a unit on Brodie Sparks Drive.
A crime scene was established and an investigation has commenced into her death.
Police can confirm it is being treated as suspicious.
Detectives are investigating links between Pan’s death and the serious injures a man suffered when he fell from the same unit complex.
His fall was the day before Pan’s body was located.
The man was discovered seriously injured on the footpath when emergency services were called to Chisolm Street.
