‘I’ve been into fitness, health and beauty in some capacity since I was 14 years old and have continued to incorporate it into my lifestyle as the years have passed.’

A typical week will see Nataly do a combined total of 10km worth of walks, if she’s able to go outside each day, and she supplements this with visits to the gym.

‘I’ve personally never been keen on group fitness classes and prefer to do my own training at the gym, which is purely weights-focused three times a week,’ she said.

‘I also do reformer Pilates twice weekly and see my personal trainer once a week for a kickboxing session. Sunday is always a rest day.’

To fuel her body for six workouts a week Nataly rarely strays from a selection of nutritious, simple meals that she believes ‘works for her’.

Breakfast is always sourdough toast with avocado, kimchi and a poached egg alongside a black coffee with oat milk.

Lunch is generally a salad with lots of colour, fermented vegetables and chicken, salmon or cottage cheese.

Dinner changes depending on who is home on any given night but she always incorporates as many vegetables as possible, with a serve of protein and rice, noodles or pasta.

‘Snacks are usually nuts, popcorn or fruit, berries in particular, but I like to eat what’s fresh and in season,’ she said.

‘Self care for me is often based around my skincare ritual as I’ve always found the whole process very relaxing, indulgent and restorative,’ she said.

Nataly cleanses first with Garnier’s Rose Micellar Water with a cotton round before using a cream cleanser like Dermalogica Calming Cleanser or The Ordinary Squalane Cleanser to remove the rest of her makeup.

The popular Alpha-H Liquid Gold chemical exfoliant is a favourite in her nighttime routine, and she’ll use it to exfoliate twice a week.
